Returns
- Incorrect items or damaged items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days. All other returns will not have shipping refunded.
- Any item with modifications made by the customer are not returnable
- Any item must be put in it's original packaged, taped and secured properly
- Be sure to put insurance on items being returned. Items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us are not refundable.
- Sheet music, software, CDs or any instrument played with the mouth such as harmonicas, microphones, etc are not returnable unless items are received damaged

Guitar Amps and Beyond, owned by Network Music Studios in New Jersey, is a supplier dedicated to providing affordable musical instruments. Network Music Studios has been in business for 20 years. We have a full range recording and rehearsal studio and cater to everyone from top acts of today and yesterday to the guys getting together to jam and have a good time. We also have a teaching staff and teach guitar, piano, violin and drums. Everyone working here, including the owner plays the guitar. Some of us are engineers, band members and/or luthiers. Many years ago, we started selling reasonably priced, quality guitars from different countries. A few years ago, we partnered with Siempre Guitars to be their only eBay distributor. We sell other brands but Siempre is our main focus. They make a full range of guitars and no other guitar builder in the market place meets Siempre’s quality and price. Siempre as models that range from over $1000.00 to under $100.00 and we are proud to have been chosen by Siempre as their Distributor.
For your information, we order guitars by the container load (1100 guitars). At times, we have a lot of guitars but sometimes we are waiting for a container and possibly out of the model you are looking for. So please, if you see one you like, buy it. If you are looking for a certain model please be patient. We will be offering it again soon. As for returns, if for any reason you do not like anything you buy from us, send it back and we will return the price of the item to you, no questions asked. |

Well, it's no wonder that you have 100% positive feedback! Thank you very much for allaying my misgivings about my feeling the need to tell you about the guitar. I appreciate it very, very much. Truly, your response is about 1,000 times better than anything I could have expected. And the offer of a gift is wonderful, but I would be just as happy if there might be a way to get one that might be a bit less in need of adjustment in regard to the nut. I don't know if that's possible, though, so disregard that comment if it makes things too burdensome on your end.

I don’t get it: I have been to every music store around and played most medium priced guitars. I purchased a Siempre from you and frankly I was not expecting much at the price I paid. The sound, workmanship and value are so far beyond the guitars in the store. Love it; I am going to get another one to travel with. At your prices I will put one in each room of the house. THEN I WILL NEVER HAVE AN EXCUSE NOT TO PRACTICE. I look forward to seeing the Siempre web site you mentioned.

Last week I picked up two Siempre guitars at your studio to give away as gifts. Truthfully, I came because a friend of mine said they were incredible values and I remembered the name from when I was a kid. When I got them home they surprised me. They are beautiful and play great, I think I will keep one for myself. I loved your recording and rehearsal studio. Al your manager told me you guys have been there for years.
